The Penna Story

As a mom of two little girls, I've always loved connecting with my girls through reading. So I decided to write a book for my oldest daughter. While my intent was 100%, my reality was not. I quickly realized my writing project was taking a backseat to real life.

One night during bedtime, it clicked. Instead of feeling stuck part-way through my own writing project, I could create a highly personalized book with the help of AI tools. What started as an idea to create a unique gift for my daughter, became a fun learning experience we took on together.

We talked storylines (her pick!), characters (her pick!), and picture details (her pick!). Together, we created three books with unique storylines and pictures. Each book was custom to her life, interests, and her adventures. She loved her new books and we both loved creating unique-to-us books.

From there, we began partnering with family and friends to make their own unique books. It's been fun creating something from nothing, but more than anything, doing this with family and friends has created new memories we'll cherish for years. Thank you for joining us on this journey!
